AUGUST?

I was minding my own business last night when I got an email from Spirit Air..... well you know the rest
Got 2 roundtrip tix from Lauderdale to St Thomas for 230 bucks! Just how bad is the heat, bugs and how closed up is everything? Thanks Everybody!

Hey Gizmo, aren't you going in December too? I am green w/envy!!
August is definitely hot and humid, you'll have to stay wet. They water is warm and wonderful, the beaches are not crowded, and you can even find parking in Cruz Bay.
Where are you staying?

I'll be there in Aug. and have been before in Aug. It is hot and humid, but nothing compared to Houston right now. (YUCK) Make sure you have ac and plenty of sunscreen.
I love not having to deal with all the crowds. The cruise lines seem to not have nearly as many ships in port that time of year, and the water is warm and wonderful.

Hey Patr, No I am not going in December so don't turn green. (But I was there 2 months ago!) Gee.... I can park in Cruz Bay? Imagine that! No place booked yet but working on it now!
Hey gobucs, so you grabbed the deal to! I am leaving 8/12-8/19. IF you need a place to stay and like Coral bay let me know.

Hey GoBucs... I sent you a PM a couple days ago but you did not pick it up. Anyway I was wrong about the dates. Mine are 19-26 so we are flying back together. Bad news now, I can't help ya on the house cause I need it!
