Beach Bar dates ???

OK, I've been gone for a few day's and I am confused as to exactly how many and when the forum get togethers are at the Beach Bar and who will be there ???
I think there is one this Sunday June 24th and I am assuming it is at 4:30(ish) I am planning on going but I am picking up a family and escorting them to their villa way out past Salt Pond and as of yet they are still to inform me as to what time their flight arrives and what ferry they will be on so hopefully it is at least the 5pm so I can meet for at least 1 hour 
Is there another one on July 1st?? I have family staying with me then so I am unsure if we will make that one or not (if there is indeed one on the 1st)

Pia, there is a topic towards the bottom of page one about 6/24. I think there are about 8 groups meeting around 4pm.
Sure hope you can make it!

Pia - I tried to pull together one on July 1st, but there was only 1 "taker" - - FrankG and family. I looked on the calendar, and there aren't too awfully many there on that date. I'm not committing one way or another since we're on STT. We already have 2 other STJ days planned, so it all depends on our day if we're up for catching the 4 or 5 pm ferry.

No problem Landlocked I won't plan on going as I have family in, although they may enjoy the Jazz so if you go look for a 5'2" short red haired "girl" 
with her 6'2" hubby who insists he has silver highlights

Pia - Too funny! I have one of those husbands too! He's 6'1" and insists his are "blonde" highlights due to the sun! I'm 5'7" with "real" blonde highlights! Plus 2 kids in tow (9 yo girl, 10 yo boy). They'll be the ones looking bored while mommy and daddy are drinking....again

Landlocked - We'll miss you, but hope you have an awesome trip -how is it possible not to?
And Pia- like Ksea said, there is a rather large group meeting on the 24th. We hope you can make it, I'd love to meet you - I'm about 5'2" also so we'll be the right height!

Im 5'5 and a reddish head, will be there with Bill who is 6' black hair with those silver highlights and my 14 yr old son DJ.
