I am assisting to book a vacation to ST Thomas in November with friends. I have no experience with any of the booking sites. I am just looking for any helpful information. I already sent one email, and I guess I am dealing with a booking company , not the owner? I must read more about their process.

sometimes the contact will be a listing /management company and sometimes you will deal directly with the property owner -- it depends on the property!
