I read somewhere that St. John Car Rental - where we've always rented our jeeps - is under new ownership. Is this true? And if so...any reviews on the new owners? Anyone know if Cynthia still works there? We ADORE her, and will be so sad if she's no longer there.

I can't speak to the new ownership part but I've been working with them this week for my November rental and Cynthia has answered the phone when I've called a few times this week. So far my experience has been fine, called then emailed my dates they responded with the forms required, I completed them, faxed and called to confirmed they were received, just waiting to hear back from them now.

Yes, after 41 years, Albert and Lonnie Willis, the owners of the St. John Car Rental have retired, and Chris and Shawna Dudek have taken over. Cynthia is still with the Company! Good Luck to the new owners!
