Looking over VI news and trip advisor posts there seems to be some confusion about access to Denis Bay beach from land. It it legal to park at Peace Hill and follow the trail down to the beach. I understand that a private home there owns land behind the beach but do they also own the land access to the beach?

We routinely access Denis Bay from Peace Hill. We stick to the left side by the Cay and the beach. The whole area is in the park, but the area around the house is leased. We respect their privacy and we've never been hassled.
