We will be returning to STT from Virgin Gorda on a Saturday night in March and then flying out on Sunday. Was thinking of staying overnight on Water Island instead of on STT for that single night. Does anyone know if there is a place that rents just for a night?

there is a campground <similar to Maho Bay there.
Never stayed there ,but has great reviews IF you're a camper....
depends upon your comfort level..
on my bucket list..

Probably not that time of year. Water Island is cool, but make sure you factor in extra time for boat ride. Try Two Sandals By The Sea, wonderful little b and b in Red Hook.
