First i've heard about it and i go there a couple of times a week. Then again everything is for sale here. Way over priced at 250k.

It certainly seems like it. As an accountant and a former business analyst, I am always interested in these listings.

I know in PA, the rise in credit card transactions has bar/restaurant owners fleeing that line of business due to tax reporting.

Why? Does it make it harder to cheat on yor taxes that way?

Much harder, almost impossible (well, assuming one cares about getting caught) as credit/debit cards leave a paper trail.
