We were on island this July and the smoothie truck closed due to a road being put in right behind the truck. It was only supposed to be closed for a few days, but never reopened while we were there!

Has it reopened?! We so missed our afternoon smoothie. What a way to end a day at the beach!!!

Columbo's smoothies was open during the excavation project on the days when no work was being done and was open after the work was finished.

It is now closed for the off season and will reopen sometime in November.

Weird, I replied to this post a few hours ago and it vanished!

We were on STJ for 11 days starting July 27th; thankfully the smoothie truck was open the entire time we were on island.

The smoothie truck was open while the driveway was being excavated, and it was very dusty. The employees commented that it was filthy inside the truck because of the driveway work. Perhaps they were losing too much money and had to open back up in spite of the mess?

So glad the Smoothie truck is still there! We left on July 20th, so I guessed we just missed it reopening . Can't wait until our next visit - 11 months to go!!!!!
