Two more sleeps and we will be on St. John. A year is a long time to dream
about my favorite place. I am ready to snorkel, take in the view and drink some cold Red Stripe. Red Stripe is better on St John. Anything is better on St. John.
 Sea lice here we come.

Here's an article about what to do about sea lice. I don't know if this stuff works. I have never used it.
Sea lice are microscopic larvae. What is in the water now are jellyfish. A week ago we were able to identify 4 different types of jellies at Francis Bay. Thick colony of the Thimble Jelly which is easily visible. A corkscrew looking type. and some that were difficult to see but packed a punch.
Reports about the jellies are on different beaches on different days.

Thanks for the update. I thought it was just one kind of jellyfish and their larva.
Something new to see. Just hope that some of the beaches will still be good for snorkeling.Plenty of beaches to go to.
