Looks like they are on Beth Cruz Rd.

Thanks, sounds like you're right...I heard from the owner and she said:
From Cruz Bay, go up Jacobs ladder towards Westin,
Make a left onto Serendip road, then first right and
Then a left at fork to go up the hill to Villas at Upper Deck.

We just returned from our vacation & the second half we stayed at the Upper Deck Villa's # 8 Three Virgin's View . It had great views & a wonderful deck .
