USVI-On-Line

Can anyone explain the icons used on this forum. Blue circles vs red circles, some get a star, others have scrolling text lines. I haven't been able to figure them out.
I've searched the site for a legend and couldn't find it.

Does everyone except me know what these symbols mean? Or are there other curious folks out there?

The 'i' in the circle is an announcement, the '!' (the first 3 posts) are sticky posts and stay at the top. The scrolling text is for popular posts (many replies or views). I don't see any red circles, just blue.

When I logged in to reply, all the blue circles turned red and the posts I replied to got 'stars'. So, I'm guessing the stars mean new replies or you replied.
