Hello everyone .....have they removed the ATM's outside of Starfish market ? Is there still the ATM across the street from Woodys ...

Yes to both inquiries. There is also a Banco Popular across the street from the dock in the old Mooie's location in Cruz Bay.

There is an ATM inside Starfish market also
