Yes we are. We are looking for a two-bedroom place that does not require a high roller budget. The cost of villas seems to have gone up significantly. We're still looking. The places we are considering don't have many reviews or, in most cases, none at all. We did that last year and were disappointed in the place we used.

What part of the island you looking for?

We are not too particular, but we would give more consideration to one west of the smoothie stand than east. Cruz by, Chocolate Hole, etc. are on the list. A/C in the bedrooms...yes. Full kitchen...yes. We cook most of our own meals. We need to limit stairs. Everyone can navigae stairs, but one has more problems with them than most. Pool...don't care. Hot tub...nice but not required.

It's been some time but we really liked Second Wind on Reef Bay. These days we like the Bourdeaux, Mamey peak and Coral Bay area. Second Wind has no steps from parking, 3 separate but mostly equal bedrooms, pool, hot tub and A/C. They are listed on caribbeanvilla.com
After we stayed there I looked at a few other places that were priced similarly and all offered great water views and privacy.

Second wind is not available. Let me know if you find any others.
