tq,
not familiar with this villa, but we have enjoyed 3 stays in area and one was at casa bueno which we rented thru james miller properties. i believe owner of villa you are looking at is wife of marc miller, owner of james mil prop. super nice guy and handles some nice properties in coral bay area. was always very responsive. good luck.
