Selling flip-flops on the beach; buy the right one, get the left one for free.
That or doing caricatures. Everyone will be sunburned/tanned and happy. Or being an "in-villa" bartender for Mathayom's STJ Catering...

Operating a Skee-Ball parlor or a falafel cart in Cruz Bay...
All the best,
Kevin
[Edit: A few weeks ago, I tried out another low key project, my "Cooler Lightening Service". Some folks had just packed up their chairs and such, and were about to leave the beach and begin lugging their large cooler. Lacking proper signage, I resorted to calling out "Sir; I offer a Cooler Lightening Service, should your journey be too long, or the mass too great". He responded with "That's very kind of you", but made no effort to turn over any of the cooler's contents. Perhaps this low key business venture would succeed with proper signage, and a better beach, such as Salt Pond or Cinnamon.]

Barb, you need a worker for your ice cream truck? I've got some amazing recipes and I'm not opposed to weighing 400 pounds.

My dear husband and I were just talking about this subject last Sunday.
My dream STJ - I would get paid to stay in villas for the purpose of giving owners and management companies feed back on ways to make the property better.

I am thinking that a job as an "Official Reef Surveyor" is something I could get used to. I plan to audition for the position next week...

My husband and I have said many times we would love to have a food truck in STJ, stopping at Hawksnest, Maho and Francis.
Actually, styling villas that are for sale for their listing photos and when potential buyers come to see them is really needed. No lie, one villa we saw had a kitchen clock that was a pharmaceutical company freebie advertising Zyrtec.

Could you imagine one of those boxie food trucks on the switchbacks, yikes! Plus all the trash people would leave, I'll patronize if there are no straws, napkins, plates , cups .....

I don't know why there would be any more trash than what people have now with takeout brought from Sam and Jacks or Deli Grotto. And the switchbacks would be my husband's problem since he would be driving!
