I lost 6 lbs on vacation last month. I always lose around that much after a week on St John. I just need to go once a month for about a year and I'll be right at my target weight. My insurance should cover that, right?

MG: You have to read the details of your plan. Most only cover the villa rental; you are on your own for airfare, meals, and beverages, not to mention splurges at Mongoose or Wharfside. The co-pays can add up, as well.
All the best,
Kevin

Just booked flights for our annual March trip at our Westin villa, followed by a week of sailing in the BVI. We used to do just one week, but the "dr" decided it wasn't a strong enough dose. I wonder how soon we can change the "dosage" to twice a year
