What a neat place. I like the porch, looks like a good place to watch the world (such as it is in Coral Bay) go by.

We stayed there, but it's been almost 3 years (Nov, 2011).
We liked it a lot, once we got used to the layout.

Looks very nice and is it close enough to walk down to Aqua Bistro? Maybe my eyes are deceiving me. I really liked the porch area - great to sit on and watch what is going on, especially if you have a little rain

shower.

Do you like the sound of roosters in the morning?
....I mean really early in the morning?

Jimmy, it looks great. I see it sleeps 4.

It does sleep 4 Connie, but the loft room has no privacy (and little room) or A/C. It is above the main living area upstairs.

Yep, the loft would be an older kids type sleeping quarters, IMHO.
Loved that location though for boat watching, sunrises and walking proximity to places.

Hmm....not particularly, but how unbearable can it be?
Do you have first hand experience? We stayed at Seabiscuit a few years back, which is pretty much next door, and I don't remember any roosters waking us up...
Maybe things have changed?

We don't hear the roosters any more (I guess we got use to them). But I do have to say that the first couple of weeks were rough! BTW, it turns out roosters crow ALL night long ... Not just at dawn.

Actually I am not sure we will still be here in May. Our lease runs out 1 March.

Two years ago we vacationed in a house off of King Hill Rd. Not directly in the Coral Bay basin, but close. The home was situated lower, like Stone Harbor.
We always keep
all of the windows open at night, and the roosters were impressive. Now, we are light sleepers, and I swear my wife would have gone on an early morning hunt if we had been provisioned with firearms.
If the home has a/c, or if you guys are heavy sleepers, it may not be a problem.
The past two years we have stayed at the top of Costanzo Rd, and haven't been awakened by the roosters. But I did get up early several days, stepped out on the deck, and hark, from the bottom of the hill, the sound of cocks crowing

Thanks for the "heads-up", folks.
Sorry we'll miss you hotrns.
Well, looks like I'm going to have to have one of those "difficult discussions" with the Squeeze...!
Hopefully it won't be too bad. Nothing a couple of earpligs can't fix!
