Iguanas?

Are iguanas prevalent on St. John? I was just in Aruba for a girl's weekend and we enjoyed watching the iguana's down there (including a dramatic moment when an iguana tried to break bread with one of my friends - i.e., steal her lunch by jumping up on her beach chair).
Just wondering - what other wildlife are we likely to spot (besides donkeys and marine life)?

Hi there! Read the thread I started about "critters in villas" today and you will get a good idea about what "friends" you will make on St. John. Im bringing very dark sunglasses with me

This one lived outside our villa. There were...hoards? herds? flocks? of them at Caneel when we went. When we spend a week in STT at the Wyndam, there were loads there too. I think they are more spread out on STJ because of the park, and available habitat.

Crowing roosters and chickens. Did anyone mention goats yet? Lots of them.
