One day while we were at Maho a boat that was anchored in the middle rode in, and not through the red and green buoy, came up and let someone off with their dog. the little dog was cute, and I love dogs, but they let him run around without a leash. I am sure it was to use the bathroom and nothing was cleaned up. Is that allowed? First time I have seen that happen. I wanted to say something about him driving the boat in where people were but didn't know if I was right or not.

So what can you do when you see this happen. Not only was the dog not allowed but they were wrong with the boat coming up to shore too.

Since one of the more strict NPS Rangers left a few months ago, there's been little to no enforcement of any of the Park rules - dogs, beached boats, glass bottles, cigarettes.

I think it's a huge problem, as should the Park Super, Brion_Fitzgerald@nps.com
