Many of you mY know that my husband Rich has been chronically ill for a few years, but we still enjoy our trips to the rock. Sometimes we get them in by the skin of our teeth , so to speak. Prayers are really needed today. After just being released from the hospital 2 weeks ago, they decided to due a defibrillator in Sept, which would allow us our August trip. Yesterday Rich developed pneumonia, and it is a serious case with his fever spiking to 104 a few times. He is in the ICU because they are very afraid of sepsis, as his blood pressure has been kept low due to his cardiac status. I am beside myself..fear..worry and denial. Can't believe this is happening. Please pray for Rich and for all of us. August trip would be nice but it is the least of my worries now. Thanks!

You know that I have not stopped praying for both of you. Prior to our Rosary each day we pray for all those on our prayer list and you and Rich have been on it constantly. Guess I'm praying for selfish reasons too because I so looked forward to our time together. Hugs and prayers coming your way.

Thanks to everyone here in the ICU at the hospital tonight. Scarey. Dr said take it one day at a time there will be good days and bad. Praying.
