Hi everyone. My name is Karen and Im new here. I have enjoyed reading all the posts over the past couple of months! Im headed to St. John in about 30 days (how do I get one of those cool tickers?). We are staying at Villa Sea View at Chocolate Hole. Does anyone have any comments about it? I look forward to chatting with you all!

Welcome! Chocolate Hole is a great area for first timers. You'll be well located to enjoy all that STJ has to offer. Dont know anything about that house specifically.

You can get a ticker at tickerfactory.com. Very easy. If I can figure it out anyone can.

Welcome! I hope you enjoy the forum. I am fairly new, about a month and a half. They have lots of fun, and lots of great info goes around. I got my ticker from the site listed right above my ticker. I will be down there in 31 days from today! Hopefully we will share some sunshine. Enjoy!

Wow, thanks so much for the great welcome! Yes this is my first time to the Virgin Islands! Im traveling with my hubby, 14 yr old son, sister and brother in law. We have all been to different Islands before, but somehow I think this is going to be the best trip so far

Not sure about the villa, but Chocolate Hole is a great location for your first time on St. John. Close enough to town, but not in the middle of it all. It is a great neighborhood of mainly vacation rentals.

You can get a ticker at tickerfactory.com. There is also another site that is better than tickerfactory and the "other" site (this sites competition) but I can't remember it. A few of us had them but we are all back now and I can't remember the site.

Welcome Ksea! I have not stayed in that villa but I stay in Chocolate Hole when on Ilsand. You will love the location, close to everything but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quite. Glad you joined our forum family!

Hey sports fans give it up for our new member from Loudoun County, that would be next door to yours truely! Ksea, like the handle by the way, I be about 20 miles from you near Warrenton. As you have heard the area you are going is very convient to Cruz Bay. You will drive by the Westin and Starfish Market every day. Suggest you stop by the market on your way to the villa and have ALL you need to have a dinner and breakfast etc. You are gonna be running on battery power because of all the visual overloads by the time you hit the villa. Why not plan on staying there for dinner the first night to chill and let St John welcome your soul..unpack take a dip in the pool hug and kiss, watch the sun set...plan the next day for an early start...God bless...Bill
