exercise class ???

Good Morning Peeps!!!
Brian and I arrive this Saturday (April 26)…I'm want to keep up my exercise program from home,so I'm looking to do yoga,Pilates and Zumba while on island….any thoughts????

My tenant is actually a Zumba instructor on island. Shall I contact her & find out where she teaches?

We bring our own fitness DVDs to play outside on the laptop---nothing like yoga on the deck of the villa after a day of hiking and snorkeling

I have attended the zumba class at the St John School of the Arts. Great location if you haven't been there and Michelle is
wonderful (even with a beginner like me!). Her name is Michelle Pappas
