A neighbor of ours is really into fly fishing, and at least used to serve as a guide. I will check and see if he would be available for either tips or as a guide.
All the best,
Kevin

My girlfriend brother is an avid fly Fisher. He went out and waded a few times. Caught a small barracuda in waterlemon key. Never could get the tarpon to chase the fly though. I could only imagine how amazing it'd be to land one of those powerful monsters. He also did a charter with captain Arthur of arawak expeditions, who is I believe specifically a fly fishing charter.
