Villa Margherita???

Does anyone have any thoughts on this property? The reviews sound great, the video looks good, it has air conditioning and is close to Coral Bay. Maybe not the same quality views as Tree House on Mamey Peak, but looks like a good possibility to me and the house appears to be in wonderful condition.
