No More Public Access at Hansen Bay Beach?

Saw this and wondered if anyone has an opinion on this...

What worries me is no one has stopped him...this wasn't done in one day.

I love this Beach and 43 days out from being there I am very disturbed. Last year we were there and about 10 other people were on the beach. We got talking to a couple and someone overheard us. It turned out that every person on that beach lived within 40 miles of each other. Some in NH some in MA. That day I also noticed some lumber in the bush at the parking area across the street. I thought it fell off a truck and someone moved it out of the road. Now I wonder if that was for this.
