Purchasing linen and lace

I put this on the St Thomas site also, but just in case there is a place on St John.
Aren't the VI's known for good prices on linen and lace fabric? I'm going to have a dress made that has a lace overlay and I thought maybe I'd find some while on island next month. Does anyone know the name of a store?
