Air fare

I realize all air fares are up but anything to STX seems unbelievable. This must be hurting the tourist industry even more. Any comments?

We have been watching fares for a long weekend in February for months now... $444. got away and $580. seems to be in a holding pattern.

We were on hold watching for a March trip, too. Finally settled at $560. I think there are ways around it by getting on the puddle jumpers out of SJU or STT but I try to get the easiest connections possible ORD/MIA/STX as my hubs is not a very good flyer.

We ended up buying at 550. Then got a 70 credit when the price dropped to 480.
We useYapta to track the prices after we buy.
Will be on STX in 3 weeks!
