Times have changed! Where is everyone? There used to be so many posts per day. Things seem to have really slowed down. Economy? Government shutdown? How busy is the island these days? Come back! Come back! We miss everyone!

We just left STJ yesterday on our 6th Nov trip since 2006. I thought the island was the busiest ever for this time of year.

We' re in STJ right now. Having a great time.

Have fun! We'll be down next month to...work (and have some fun, too!).

We'll be down in 6 days! I do agree however, there used to be a lot more posts and posters on this forum. Hopefully activity will soon increase. I really enjoy reading everything and check in a few times a day to read and respond if I can add anything.

Seagrape... when are you down? How is the house coming along?

We're down in 28 days... It'll be a magical trip for me as I'm finally sharing St John with my family. I've previously spent time there with friends. Nothing like doing it big by taking parents and daughter and her husband!

mnfun2bme - How long are you staying? We arrive a week after you. House is coming along. Got the roof on in the summer. Back to it when we arrive. New blog up with new posts almost daily. Our posts are way far behind our actual progress. Trying to catch up. Hopefully we'll get some beach time! Have a blast with your family!!

I always thought that the number of posts increased as we got into the high season. We'll see soon.

We just booked our trip for next April 28 thru May 6th. 4th trip. This time with family for the first time. Some members will be "newbies". I'm sure they will be addicted to the island before we leave.

Plans finalized -- on STJ 12/ 7 to 12/26! Can't wait!

I don't know if it's kosher to provide link on this site. It is construction, however. It's under the name of our cottage. I need to contact Anthony about advertising the new house on this site upon completion. We're working on the blog as we speak. BTW, 36 more days for us. It's a balmy 12 degrees here.
