I am signed up with Yapta and the price on our May 2014 flights with American has dropped a TON. I have spoken to 2 differant agents and they both refuse to give me a voucher. $107.42 on each ticket after the $150 change fee... any suggestions how I can try to get this credit???

I would call back and ask for a supervisor...and if that doesn't work...I'd try calling at different times...possibly another agent may be able and willing to help you.. If they refuse, ask them why..be persistent but be nice.. Its worth a try..

Yes, they should give you a voucher for credit to be used within 12 months. I have gotten it before. Everything has to be the same, including the booking class I believe, in order to get it.
