Exclusive co-op River House has unleashed a mind-boggling plan to turn its five-story private club into the city's largest and most expensive private residence, with a price tag of $130 million. When the listing went live last week, it included renderings for the potential property by interior designer Tony Ingrao. Business Insider got its hands on the floorplans that go with those renderings. Check 'em out above and below. The property includes a 62-foot swimming pool, tennis court, IMAX screening room, and the slightly more standard spa, wine cellar, and gaming room.
Tony Ingrao is the property owner accused of illegally clearing and building on National Park Service land over in Denis Bay.
