It's only August

Normally one of the seasons I like best, but I have my flights, villa, campground reservations and jeep all taken care of. Now I have to wait til next year! My StJ obsession was in remission. Now it is full blown and out of control! What am I to do???
I want to start packing. NOW! Something is definitely wrong. I think I need a 12 step program for this St. John Syndrome. Where did I hide the blender and rum?

National Rum Day is Friday 16th....at least that is something to look forward too, or at least step one in the program !!!

I had the same syndrome last year. I had all the reservations in July and had to wait until March! It was the only thing that helped me get through the long, snowy winter here.. and reading this forum!
No trips planned here since we have had a wedding and some other large unexpected expenses arise this summer. I am hoping to recoup for next spring.

I feel for you!
We have 33 days till our BVI trip (first trip staying on Jost). I have started to bounce off the wall with excitement.

Thank you for that information silands. I will be sure to celebrate that day.
ski2play, see, if it was less than 30 days I could rationalize my obsession. But it is next year for goodness sakes!
pam, Wow, I would not be able to last from July to March. That would tear me up.
Guess I will self-medicate and I will have to put together a float/camping trip to keep my mind off of it.

Flight booked for January too!! Still searching for villa since Coconuts is booked
but I know we will find something...

I've been booked for over a month and have to wait until February.
And I don't have the luxury of just dreaming about a nice, relaxing, sunny vacation; I have to figure out how to run 8-tuff miles before I get there
I'm sure you have 2 or 3 things to keep you busy between now and them.

lorijo, what are you looking for? I have my search list results. Most all of my search was centered on Coral Bay side.
vav, thanks, yes it will go quickly. I guarantee that I will be scrambling to get last minute things finished before we leave.
jayseadee, good luck with your training, I can see how having that end game in sight would be a great motivator.
