Bongo Bongo - See you soon!

While we are not able to travel to STJ as often as we'd like, we'll be making our fourth trip back to the STJ rock next month.
Can't wait! Taking the (two youngest) kids with us this time.
We were married on STJ in 2002 on the beach near Surfside villa @ Reef Bay.
Returned in 2007, staying at Orchid Villa - Klein Bay.
Our last adventure was 2010, staying @ Perelandra, on the hillside overlooking Cruz Bay.
Despite performing an abundance of due diligence and online reading, we have yet to rent a villa that knocked our socks off. All of the above would fall into the "average" category, probably a 6 to 7 out of 10, except for Surfside, which I'd reluctantly give an 8.
I'm thinking that this trip is going to be different. Over the last couple of years, I've spent quite a few evenings reading the (now) 7-part construction blog for Bongo Bongo. We'll be spending 8 nights @ that beautiful home. Current reviews claim that the condition has not changed in the 6+ years since it was built. Hope so. It looks gorgeous!
Was very sad to read about the recent demise of Cafe Roma. We loved that place. Hope they rebuild!
