After reading about how much trouble some people have with their flights ..I thought some of you could relate to this article.
"How to write a complaint letter -- read this hilarious note from a frustrated airline passenger," tweeted Sir Richard Branson, founder of the Virgin Group.

.but I dont think I'd be as "cool" about it.
