Jackie & I spent her 61st, and our 38th, on STJ from 5/26 until 6/9. A wonderful two weeks. Not doing anything particularily amazing. Just enjoying the Island. Here are some pics.

The one decent sunset we had during out two-week stay. Wonderful, regardless.


A pincushion starfish at Leinster Bay. Saw 'tons' of them either on the shoreline, or in the channel b/w Leinster & Waterlemon Cay.


Celebrating Jackie's 61st at Miss Lucy's. Great lunch, although I had to limit myself to one PainKiller w/ the drive back to Cruz Bay.


Lastly, the piece de resistance. For our last full day on Saturday. Jackie recommended that we spend the day at Jumbie. Bless her, before the rain arrived, we watched this juvie reef shark cruise the surf for over an hour.


Amalie rental were great as usual.
Food Center in STT is cheaper than anything on STJ.
P&P's is wonderful.
Fatty Crab's & ZoZo's are amazing!
Rhumbline's equally so.
Gallow's a great place to stay.
Saw iguana prepping her nest to lay eggs. Soldier crab contesting our route to Salomon Beach. Annaberg Estate & Reef Bay Trail hikes offered enlightenment. Exhausted climbing to & from Salomon. Jackie happily snorkeling Waterlemon (after nearly getting swept out years ago in the current.)
Beach Bar has best Happy Hour Painkillers.

After nearly 20 years, we will be back.

Sounds like a great 2 weeks and in your pictures neither of you look as though you could have been married 38 years! it must be the St John air that makes you look young!
