Arriving June 26: question re: Carnival

We are arriving June 26 - July 1 and have never been on island during Carnival. What should we expect? More parking problems? Busy restaurants? Obviously fun bands, but what else? Thanks in advance.

Cruz Bay will be busier than usual in the evenings but you will miss the most congested days during your time there. The Village is really only busy during the evenings.
