Lots of fun scheduled for this Saturday for anyone who will be on island. Wagapooloza is happening at the baseball field. All proceeds goes to the Animal Care Center. The raffle prizes are great- if anyone wants more specifics , I have them you do not need to be present to win so lots of Forumites have sent me checks and raffle ticket requests.
Inner visions plays Saturday at Hansen Bay- last time this season as they will be going on your in states.

and on Monday and Tuesday 5/20 and 5/21 - Steely Dan will be playing at Fatty Crabs starting at 9:00!! No cover !!

Looks like I can call ACC and use my credit card then? That would probably be easiest. Is there a list of raffle prizes, do I pick which ones I want to go for, or is it just picking the value range?

About had a heart attack when I read Steely Dan was playing on St. John. That's a pretty big deal if you ask me. Welll....it's not Steely Dan. It's a guy named Jon Herington who played with SD in the late 90's and early 00's. He's a pretty accomplished guitar player and I'm sure it will be good to hear him play but when someone says Steely Dan my head is in a whole different place.

There is a huge list of prizes valued at $5.00-$200 . Those tickets go for $5 each or 5/$20! The second category is prizes valued over $200 - those tickets are $10 or 3/$25. I do have the complete lists ( or maybe not as they keep growing ) but I am not very good with posting the pictures on here. Basically every restaurant I know is on it! The big money items are Teds dinner club, st joh inn, St. John boutique hotel, wedding , charter boats,flat screen tv , sail trips.

Got my raffle tickets purchased over the phone - crossing my fingers for a win, but just happy to help them out. Fell in love with Calabash on our 2012 trip, hope she finds her forever home soon!

Marybeth - Me too! Favorite band ever. I saw them twice at the Wang Center in Boston a few years ago. If it's true that one of the "Dans" will be there, I'm going to be very sad, because I'll miss them by 2 days.

On the other hand, 6 days until Caneel Bay could cheer me up.
