Dingy rentals

We will be staying on the Coral Bay side of the island and wondered if there was any place to rent dingys in Coral Bay. If so, would it be possible to take a dingy to Hurricane Hole and possibly Flanigan Island for some snorkeling or is this something you would have to do with a charter boat? Suggestions?
