Wooohooo, now I can officially book our August trip

Did a brief stop at the local casino today, as I had some time to kill between jobs. In my short time there, I won enough to pay for August airfare for the 3 of us and the condo rental!
Woooohoooo - tickets purchased, message sent to Cimmaron that I'm ready to reserve!!!

LOL, not really. I usually do OK, but today was better than OK. My friend Sherry who comes to St John with me always says to the people around us at the casino "look at her, she's the luckiest b**ch I know"
I play roulette and penny slots (why do they call them penny slots when you have to bet 100 - 300 pennies to win decent amounts?) usually, but most of my winnings today were on a $1 machine.

You are too funny! I'm sooooo jealous! We'll be behind you in December. You recently stayed at Satinwood, right? Where will you stay next time? Did you win enough to stay at Peter Bay?

LOL, no Peter Bay for us. If I had won that much I would just plan more trips rather than 1 expensive one! We just returned from Satinwood on the 9th. Looks like we'll do a condo at Battery Hill this time. I'm bring my two sons (20 and 21) with me, so I want them to be able to walk places easily so they don't have to be stuck with mom all the time. (Also looking forward to a solo beach day for myself ALL DAY)

Found out for sure today that Jake is deploying in November for Afghanistan, so I'm even more grateful now that we were able to book August.
