Coral Bay villas

Hello forum!
I am about ready to "settle" for a villa for our 8th trip to St. John in July as I cannot find the ideal villa open for our dates of 7/10 thru 7/17. I thought I would put this out there on the forum where I get all my useful St. John vacation information!
My wife and I are bringing our daughters along for this years trip - 16 and 22.
I am having trouble finding a 2 bedroom villa with a hot tub (pool not necessary) overlooking Corl Bay harbor.
I have exhausted VRBO, stjohnvillas and windspree.
Does anyone know of an available villa on either CB hillside that would suit our needs?
I am strongly considering Sea Rock....has anyone stayed there in the past??
Thank you!!

Wow - Thanks for checking for me so quickly! We did look at Seabiscuit but didn't like the twins in the 2nd BR and heard a comment about the hot tub being a small portable one. Still on the short list though......

Hi, I am islandbrenda and advertise my villa on this site... I am not in coral bay but in cruz bay. I am currently changing my villa pricing offering it at $2800 for the dates you are interested in which includes champagne & continental breakfast on select days of your visit. If it's something you might be interested in please check it out at vrbo.com. I am still in the process of changing all of the websites. Thank you!

You can look at our website at Monkey No Climb.com as we have those dates open. Lots of nice houses to choose from overlooking Coral Bay.

Not sure it fits your wishes, but available at a good price ($2800.) for 4, with nice views of Coral Bay.

We stayed with my two daughters at Bay House, on my short list, with a nearly identical layout to Seabiscuit. It worked great for my daughters. My lady thought the girls were a bit close for honeymoon-style comfort, but, well, rum cures all. I believe that flip-flop has stayed at Seabiscuit. Pia may know the story, but a couple years ago there was a leaky cistern problem there.

Thanks to all!
Bay House looks nice, but the girls are pretty adamant about the hot tub
lprof - Memory Daze was the one we REALLY wanted but no guests under 21 allowed...period
I will definitely take a closer look at Monkey No Climb.
islandbrenda, we really want the Coral Bay side but thanks!

Hot tub in July on St. John? Its too hot for me in May for a hot tub. Bordeaux Mountain might be cool enough. At night. Late. But girls are girls!

iprof gave the link to memory daze, take a look. if available it's a quality villa with a great location and views IF 2 queen bedrooms work. have not stayed there but toured last april while owner in residence. unless queens don't work for a lot of folks like doesn't work for us, i don't understand why not rented more in summer. granted gr room not have ac but bedrooms do, and she good elevation and facing se so catchces great breezes.

Thanks papabou - that was our number 1 choice, but we are travelling with our daughters and they don't allow anyone under the age of 21....seemed odd to me, but rules are rules...

Hi,
My wife and I have stayed at Sea Rock twice and it is a very nice villa. It is well maintained and has a wonderful view of the bay. The bedrooms are in the lower level accessed by outside stairs and there is a shared bathroom. Bedrooms have ac and very comfortable king size beds. The great room and kitchen are really nice and there is a second bathroom on this level. Also, there is a nice size hot tub but no pool.. We have really enjoyed staying at this villa. Excellent property manager that lives on island. Hope this helps....

We stayed at Periwinkle Cottage! We rented thru Great Caribbean Getaways, but here's a link from VRBO

Only one of the bedrooms has a/c though if that is a concern.
