Here we come again!

Just booked Casa Tua for a week next January! We have stayed there twice before and loved it. We were fortunate enough to have spent Christmas and New Year's at bongo Bongo and we have Wings Over Water booked for the last week in May.
It is shaping up to be a fine year in STJ this year! Can't wait to get back to the rock.

Question - was it crazy busy and crowded over Christmas?

It was absolutely nuts at Christmas in Cruz Bay. We avoided town as much as possible. We have done the Coral Bay side aroun New Year's in pre iOS years and it doesn't feel nearly as hectic.
We tend to be villa gravity people anyway so it was okay, but probably not worth the bump in rental rates for the week. That is why we have moved away from the Holiday week this year and will be staying at Casa Tua in kid-january
