I learned of the sudden and untimely death of Kristi Lynn Hansen yesterday in North Carolina.

Since she spent a good deal of time on STJ, some of you may know her. There are opportunities to donate to causes that were important to her.

Sorry, I just noticed that this is not the day that it happened. It is the anniversary.

On No Shoes Radio there is a picture of her with remembrances from Kenny Chesney today on the anniversary of her passing.
My prayers are with her family and friends today.

If you are a fan of Kenny read the liner notes on the Fishbowl album, it is dedicated to her they were friends. RIP

How tragic. I don't remember hearing about this last year.

She was about my age and pretty far into pregnancy, as I am right now. I cannot imagine the grief her loved ones must still be feeling to lose both her and the baby.

Can anyone tell us what she did while on STJ? I wonder if I ran across her and didn't realize it.

Jim - we first met Kristi in '98 when she worked at Woody's. She was at Woody's for many years, but most recently she worked at La Tapa.
