Hi all! Does anyone know if there is anywhere on St. John where we can have a private dinner on the beach? We are staying at a villa at The Westin.
Thanks!

Have you called the Westin resort to see if they can arrange something for you on their beach? The concierge might be able to help.

Caneel Bay offers private dining on the beach but I think it is only for registered guests. You could call to check. I can't think of anyplace else, unless you want to bring your own picnic somewhere.

Have you been to STJ before and do you know if you're prone to noseeum bites?

Dusk is the worst time for getting bit, and if noseeums like you, you could wind up with hundreds of bites before dinner is through.

Yeas, that sounds like the definition of hell, to me.

Well, if the beach doesn't work out, how about a sunset sail? Some charters even offer dinner. We haven't tried this, but it sounds like a romantic excursion to me  ?
