Beach/Surf Condition updates?

Hi All- Does anybody have a reliable source for beach/surf conditions on island? Do you know of a website, TV, or radio channel that provides reliable information on North side conditions versus South side of the Island?

Sorry if this is common knowlege but I was thinking it would be great if I could find out which side of the island is smooth or choppy before I head out to the beaches...

Any ideas for this?

Thanks!

During hurricane season this one often has reports from island residents as well as weather forecasts and information.

I like getting active advisories from here, when I am in the islands.

Thanks for the links and feedback, it looks like the bottom line is you gotta go check it out in person to make the call on "north or south today?"...
