It's almost here!!! I can't wait.. it's so cold and snowy and blustery here in Northeast OH. The wind chill is just bone chilling!

Lucky you! I'm about 40 miles west of Philadelphia and the wind is really brutal here right now. Won't be able to enjoy STJ till May..but I can dream!

2 degrees along Lake Michigan today with minus 15 wind chill. Low visibility with all the blowing snow. Listening to KC tunes at my desk while I eat lunch.

LOL, I think I'll take the title - inland Michigan was -3 when I got up this morning with a wind chill of -20. I'll give the snow award to the lakeshore folks though, I was out there yesterday and you guys have more snow than us for sure.
Beautiful Ice Pillars in the sky this morning though, at least there's that when it's super cold.

Michigan Girls, what are Ice Pillers? I've never heard that expression. Do you have pictures?

My mom used to call them ice rainbows, but a friend who is into meteorology told me they are supposed to be called ice pillars.

Minus eight this morning, couldn't even walk the dog as I was worried about freezing his lungs! Did not get above five all day.......indeed a stj fix!
