Hey Everyone,
I'm coming down in a couple weeks only for a few days to shop with our real estate agent. Does anyone know of a room/cottage to rent that is on the inexpensive side? Just need it for 3 nights from Feb 2-5. Thanks!

If your going to have a Jeep, Serendip studios are pretty inexpensive and sometimes have last minute specials. I would also check with the Boutique in town.

If I were your Realtor you could have stayed with us (one of the perks for having us as your Realtor

) Maybe try Inn At Tamarid Court, Cruz Bay Boutique Hotel, St John Inn - all inexpensive

ps: Les just asked are you one if our customers (we have a few in the next few weeks) if so yes you can stay with us for a few days.

Try The Cottage at Battery Hill. Very small but might suite your needs.

If we were ever to consider buying on STJ you and Les would be our realtors of choice!! I know you, but not that well. However, I know your integrity, honesty, and love of the island.

So Pia, is this why you've been working hard to make that spare bedroom so hospitable?
If I ever win the lottery the only place I'd want a second home would be STJ, in which case, you're my girl!

Thanks Jan&Mike
Teresa_Rae - you betcha
Poidog - I am a Realtor and my husband is a Broker with St John Properties. You might also look at Tracy's unit in Grande Bay along with Sailview in Coral Bay to see if they have a few days open inbetween longer rentals.

Cruz Bay Boutique Hotel....we stayed there, and it was a terrific value, and the owners were excellent and attentive. $125 included breakfast, and there is an excellent restaurant on the bottom floor.

Here's a quick update... All of the suggestions you made are booked out except the Tamarind Inn and Maho Camps. A little afraid of tamarind as the photos look pretty scary. Anything else that was available was just out of my budget for this quick trip.
Pia, want to rent me your room for 3 nights?
