Hi Everyone,
Does anyone know of other building blogs besides the popular Bongo Bongo one? I enjoy reading them, and find it really helpful during this process. If you can share a link, that would be great.

Yes, I would love to read up on some too as we will be building in the next couple years. Betty here had a good one, but is no longer up.

www.anchorageaweigh.com is one! A reader from VIOL emailed me some questions a little while ago and I asked her if she knew any other blogs and she sent me this link. I haven't read it yet, but it will be fun to read tonight. Just a reminder to look at the dates the blog was written...sometimes the businesses used and products bought, are not available anymore. Also, there was a big construction boom in the early to mid 2000's and materials like concrete were more in cost.

Did Betty get her house finished? Last I saw of her blog they were down to the finishing. That method of construction was really interesting to read about.

Fantastic! All in one place too. I have been googling like crazy for almost two years and only found a few.

If you only have time to read one blog, my vote would be for Randy's Reef Madness. Once I started reading it, it was like a novel, I couldn't put it down and me made me LAUGH! Randy is a great writer and had numerous pics to go along with the blog.
