Ok, so I am dreaming about my next trip. Chances are, it will just be my husband and I. In a perfect world, this is what I would like:

$200-ish a night (in shoulder or low season)

Close to Cruz Bay

Hot tub

Decent sized, sunny outdoor area for early morning coffee

Private

Clean

Wifi

Sunset view.

Size is not important because we are never home. We just returned from 10 days at Coconuts and are trying to do our next trip on the cheap.

In a perfect world, we would stay at a one-bedroom penthouse at Grande Bay but I don't want to spend that much per night.

So guys, what do you think...does this exist? Or do I need to be more realistic about my budget?

Lavender Hill and Cruz Views. You can always get something off season in the last minute specials @ Caribbeanvillas.com. Rosebay, Periwinkle, Hawksbill, Jazmine and a few Coral Bay properties are usually open and even advertise more than 2 months out if things are slow. Also look at last minute specials at Privatehomesvi.com.

We stayed at Lavender Hill in September and were very pleased. Very easy walk into town too

Hey Tomhill2 - how about you contribute to the forum in other ways and not just to advertise your property - you know like answer best beach, where to rent a car, what time does Starfish close, best restaurant, where to buy baby formula etc. Of your 31 posts 27 have been to advertise your unit and the others recommending another property due to yours being too small !!!

I have been wanting to say this for awhile, but didn't know if it was really my place or not!!

EagleRayLover -Probably not my place either but heck I've had enough !!! and I posted before food this am

If people want to rent at Grande Bay I suggest they contact Tracy who posts on this forum (I will be more than happy to send you her rental website) - she contributes to ALL topics and a nicer more gracious giving person you will not find and does not just come here and advertise.
