Need help finding the map that has the villa locations on it? Or if you can list some that are mid-island or have easy access to north shore beaches....want to rule out south shore location villas. Thanks everyone!

IMHO the mid-island location is the best. Here are some villas that are in that area. Summer Wind, Casa Bueno, Bay Rumb Breeze, Coral Oasis, Bordeaux Breeze, Drakes View, Chateau Margot are some that I'd recommend.

Look for villas that use any of the following as location descriptions: Ajax Peak, Mamey Peak, Upper Carolina, Bordeaux, Coral Bay western slope, Seagrape Hill.
"Coral Bay" tells you surprisingly little, as it can describe villas anywhere from Bordeaux Mountain all the way south to Salt Pond Bay. If you want to find all the villas in your desired location you have to inspect every Coral Bay listing, looking for a map or a location description (or a tell-tale photo of dawn breaking over Coral Bay).
What's your budget? I have a whole spreadsheet of low-to-midprice villas, most of them in the mid-island locations I think you are looking for.

I don't have a lot of 4-BR villas in my spreadsheet, but I just found 6 beauties in the mid-island mountain area we both seem to like. Try this:
1) Go to the vrbo.com St. John page:
http://www.vrbo.com/vacation-rentals/ca ... vi-st-john
2) Scroll down and click on "Coral Bay" in big green letters
3) Now go to the "Bedrooms" pull-down filter towards the top of the page and select "4"
Bam! There's a whole page of beautiful big villas to choose from. Click on each one, check the location and price. Here's a few that look perfect for you: Skyridge, Villa Mimosa, Flanders, Halcyon, In the Stars.
For something at the top end of your budget range, google "Estate Fortsburg." Yummy.

Look at upper carolina area. Our favorite location is Catherinberg, there are several larger Villas there. Not sure of your price range. Do not be afraid of no AC in Catherinberg. The road from Centerline to the Villas just got paved and the road down to N Shore is 5 minutes but can be rough. They graded it recently and it was not bad.
Look up Great expectations, La Jolla Caribe, Jungle Stone to mention a few.

Try this link:
https://maps.google.com/maps/ms?hl=en&i ... f026c52&t=
It should hook you up to villas all over the island.
