Welcome "DBFT" to the Island

Glad to hear that the "DBFT" group has made it on the island safely. I heard of donating blood was a good thing - but to mosquitoes - Nah!
Glad that Tim and Kathy are finding their way around - sounds like Jorge has the party fix'ens all ready to go.
Jorge was right that we were going to share a villa with Tim & Kath and it's a bummer that we had to cancel at the last second.
Some of you already know the reason why we're not there, but the reason is - we had to go to Houston to have Steph checked out for a very rare lung cancer. We came back and had the good news that the doctors did not think it was what they thought. As a matter of fact - their not sure what it really is? So we're heading back to Houston this Monday to have a conference with the doctors to plan a course of action.
We remain upbeat and positive - and thank everyone for their prayers and caring. St. John has been there for a million years - and we are looking forward to planning our next visit once this all behind us.
In the mean time - we will be enjoying this trip through the stories and pictures that you all will be posting.
Have a Bushwacker for Steph and a Painkiller with a beer chaser for me.
