So excited for a totally different kind of trip in one month and one day....taking my daughter to St. John, who is blue-water-naive. Suitcase is out and already had some of our stuff from April in it, and adding items daily as I remember them.
Getting happier by the minute!

That's sounds like a great trip mindehankins! We'll be there about the same time as you and your daughter...I can't wait either, my daughter (21) also has not experienced a tropical island with that blue, blue water. No one in our group of 5 except myself, have snorkeled. So, this trip will be a wonderful adventure...I hope we have good weather!

Yes, just the two of us. Before her "grown up life" takes her off, we get one week together. Priceless!

I do have to giggle ( at myself) when I know that I pack about 8, maybe 12 hours before getting on the plane! you are so organized!!

Ha Ha. DISorganized is more like it. Never taken a trip in the winter before, with all the hustle of the holidays. As I think of something, I just run and put it in the suitcase. I'm sure in the end, we'll have what we really need.

The past two years we've been on island at the same time or within days of each other. Yes, I'm jealous . Have a great time. Can't wait to hear about your trip!

GotToGetAway, didn't we try to meet up in Coral Bay last year? I think it was you! Between sketchy internet connection, sketchy phone connection and not knowing my way around Coral Bay, it never happened . Maybe this Spring?
I'll learn my way around better this trip, cause I'll be the driver!

So jealous.. I did a mother / daughters ( x 2 ) trip in 2010. It was a great trip, I will never forget! Enjoy!
